Responsibilities included: ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, terminations, benefits administration/management, performance management, conflict resolution, employee development, policy and procedure development, and M&A support. Collaborated with HR Consultants in reviewing and revising I-9 documentation, employee handbook, compliance, and compensation strategy. 

➡️ Pharmaceutical CMO – Researched and revised the talent acquisition and hiring strategy. Trained 2 HRG Consultants on sourcing and recruiting technical professionals. Recruited hard to fill technical positions. Researched the interviewing/selection process and implemented Caliper assessments to improve hiring and retention.   

➡️ Health Care Organization – Worked alongside the Talent Acquisition team 3 days/week in recruiting hard to fill clinical positions. Created a thorough directory of external relationships for sourcing candidates. Participated in career fairs, talent acquisition strategy development, and referral program communication.  

Project Work:
✅ Managed 10+ executive search assignments across diverse industries. 

✅ Managed several recruiting assignments in the agricultural feed, oil, construction, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial real estate, and information technology industries. 

✅ Developed and conducted qualitative research (focus groups and interviews) for an automotive parts manufacturer to uncover and remedy retention and performance issues.  

✅ Supported internal HRG Consultants on providing HR generalist support to 4+ HRG clients. This included employee handbook reviews/revision, comp & benefits, HR audits, I-9 compliance, and policy review and documentation.
