I’m Anna Maria Wittmann, Founder of 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐭.

I’ve spent 10+ years in scientific research and I’m currently doing a PhD in eating behaviour and sustainable weight maintenance.

But I don’t just teach this. I’ve lived it.

I got out and now I help others do the same.
