I was walking with my dog to grab a few things…
Just a normal day.

At first I felt annoyed.
Cold Wet Unprepared.

Because in Lebanon, after the long summer,
you almost forget what rain feels like.
You forget the relief.
You forget the shift in the air.
You forget how something simple can reset your whole mood.

And it hit me:

Where it all started…
I thought being a YouTuber was simple.

a few days ago I was reviewing my old content pillars…
and I realised something:

I’m sitting on a lot of content that can be repurposed
and still get real traction.

and here’s why I’m telling you this now:

December is coming.

most of you will be busy holidays family time, slowing down.

Which means…

you get to enjoy your holiday
without stressing about what to post.

Just a small thought.
might save you some time.
might bring you a bit of joy.

startups don’t fail because the idea is bad.

They fail because the story is.

I used to think raising capital was all about numbers.
Traction.
Charts going up.
A pitch deck that “wowed” investors.

But the deeper I went the clearer it became:

A brilliant product doesn’t raise money on its own.
It raises money when the founder’s vision becomes undeniable.

I’ve met founders with products that could reshape entire industries
yet the story around it was cold.
Confusing.
Disconnected from the human who built it.

Investors didn’t say “no” because the solution was weak.
They said “no” because they couldn’t see the founder
inside the solution.

Here’s what matters:

Startups don’t raise capital because they’re perfect.
They raise because their vision is clear enough to believe in,
human enough to trust,
bold enough to invest in.

That’s the work I do.

He even said he kept writing and making music for 12 years before anyone cared.

That hit me.

Because it applies to everything we’re doing:

- People won’t come to you first.

- Most won’t care in the beginning (truth).

- Nothing magical happens in 9 months.

- You’ll build… and get ignored for a while.

Until one day
your effort finally blooms.

There’s no “overnight success.”
There’s only progress in motion.

a few days ago I was sitting in a café waiting for my coffee.

No music.
No conversation.
Just a quiet moment.

And it felt… uncomfortable.

My leg was bouncing.
My hand kept reaching for my phone without thinking.
My mind was searching for something anything to stimulate it.

That’s when it hit me:

My brain wasn’t bored.
It was overwhelmed.

According to psychology, the brain was never designed to handle the amount of stimulation we feed it every day.
