Start now, before everyone else realizes it.

Everyone thinks they need prettier posts.

Better colors.
Cleaner carousels.
More emojis.
More “branding”.

But here’s what actually moves the needle:

→ A clear point of view
→ A take people feel something about
→ A sentence they screenshot and send to a friend

Because on LinkedIn, design is a bonus.
But opinion is the engine.

Ask yourself before you post:

✅ Does this sound like something only I would say?
✅ Does this challenge my audience, even slightly?

If the answer is “no”, it’s not a post.
It’s decoration.

The creators who grow the fastest don’t win on polish.
They win on conviction.

Not “What do people want to hear?”
But “What do I actually believe?”

Pretty posts get scrolled past.
Strong POV gets remembered.

Choose wisely.

Great content starts before you write a single line.

Here’s the exact framework we use for every client 👇

Step 1: Positioning
• Who are you speaking to?
• What do you want to be known for?
• Why should they care?

Positioning Examples:
→ “We help AI founders sound like humans”
→ “We turn dry B2B leaders into memorable voices”

Step 2: Pillars
These are the themes you’ll return to over and over.
3–4 max.

Examples:
• Thought leadership strategy
• Behind-the-scenes process
• Industry opinions
• Personal stories

Pillars make content easy to plan.
And they create recognition.
People start saying:
“You’re the one who always talks about [X]…”

Step 3: Posts
Now that you’ve nailed Positioning and Pillars…
Your post ideas basically write themselves.

• Stories
• Breakdowns
• FAQs
• Screenshots
• Hot takes

You don’t need a better hook.
You need better inputs.

→ Positioning = clarity
→ Pillars = consistency
→ Posts = output

Stop guessing what to post.
Start with positioning, the rest flows.
