I owned the full sell-cycle, driving monthly New Product Development (NPD) launches into my accounts.

Achievements:
• Full P&L and account management ownership of driving sustainable sell-out strategies within +90 complex National Partner accounts achieving +5% YoY (vs Target +3%).
• Increased # of clients +3% YoY, by creating & implemented my Google Review project, which won the 2019 L'Oréal Global Entrepreneurial award out of #300 global ideas.
• Created and initiated the first NPD product launch plan strategy, achieving 100% reorder (vs target 70%).
• Trained my partner accounts on 'How to Sell' retail to accelerate growth, turning overall customers buying retail from 5% to 9% in 6 months.

• Underwent training in sample forecasts, PR, social media and business projections.
• Controlled the '@SmirnoffNewc' Twitter account, with the aim of increasing customer engagement and brand reputation. In which I increased the followers by 40%.
