Hi! I'm América, a Product Manager passionate about solving problems that profoundly impact people's lives. I'm driven by the belief that technology should serve humanity in meaningful ways, which is why I've dedicated my career to building products that make a difference.

I thrive at the intersection of emerging technology and human-centered design, and I’ve led teams to create impactful digital products in web3/blockchain, AI, EdTech, and e-commerce.

With experience spanning from early-stage startups to established organizations, I've build web3 applications and successfully launched AI-powered platforms, edTech platforms, and consumer-facing mobile experiences that solve real problems. My superpower lies in rapidly understanding complex technical domains while keeping users at the center of everything I build.

At o.xyz, I led cross-functional teams to ship an AI product beta in under 2 months while simultaneously advancing two web3 initiatives. Previously at Laboratoria, I transformed product operations and scaled the admissions platform to 10+ countries, and at Jüsto, I launched iOS and Android apps that expanded the company's market reach.

I'm passionate about products that create positive impact and believe the combination of web3 and AI technologies offers unprecedented opportunities to solve meaningful problems.
