Finnish Defence Forces

The Finnish Defence Forces is responsible for the military defence of Finland. It employs 12,000 of which 4,000 are civilians. The civilian employees work mainly in specialist positions and supportive functions. 

The specialist positions are in a variety of fields from medical doctors to engineers and we employ also people qualified in humanities, social sciences and economics. 

All employees are required by law to be Finnish citizens. 

Finnish Defence Forces trains more than 25,000 conscripts annually. A universal male conscription is in place, under which all men above 18 years of age serve for 165, 255 or 347 days. Also, voluntary service for women is possible.

I found my most exciting business opportunity when I started playing Play-to-Earn games full-time and identified a significant issue in the NFT environment that I wanted to address. 

Today I am the Founder of Credit Metaverse, the leading NFT collateral loan service on the WAX blockchain. Credit Metaverse solves the liquidity problem for players whose crypto tokens are invested in NFTs. I am motivated to make the Web 3 Play-to-Earn space even more valuable!

My work emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and the search for innovative solutions.

I developed the management and reporting of ICT vendor management as well as Enterprise Architecture modeling, which enhances strategic decision-making and the development of IT infrastructure.
