We built a startup sales consultancy and a SaaS talent enablement platform, focused on developing and executing sales strategies and crafting value propositions that tackled our customers' toughest challenges. Our approach shifted the market from traditional program-based enablement to a metrics and outcomes-driven model that guaranteed results—an offering few providers in the market were willing to commit to.

We recruited and led a sales team, built a network of virtual trainers, and delivered sales academies for global companies like WorldPay FIS, while also supporting startups in executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
