I eat, sleep and breathe FMCG brands and pop culture.

And if I’m not doom-scrolling into the latest trend rabbit holes, I’m talking about it on LinkedIn.

The rest of the week, I’m an Account Manager specialising in driving strategic outcomes for clients through data-led insights and delivering high-impact marketing strategies.

To craft banging brand strategy, I:
👉🏻 Research (i.e. stalk) my clients and their industries until I know them better than they know themselves
👉🏻 Keep my finger on the pulse of what’s happening in their field
👉🏻 Genuinely root for them and their business 

That’s the mix I use for my clients, and so far I’ve achieved some pretty insane results across 20+ CEOs and Founders including:

- An inquiry from Dragon’s Den
- £700k angel investment directly attributed to LinkedIn 
- Features in podcasts, panels, publications

Ultimately, people buy from people.

Harry Styles is BACK!!

And his return shows the power of superfandom.

Last week, Styles dropped his next album announcement: “Kiss all the time. Disco, occasionally.”

No dramatic countdowns. Just some subtle teasing for the hawk-eyed fans and a jumpscare insta post were needed to immediately DOMINATE social feeds. 

All because his fanbase is anything but ✨casual✨. 

It’s devoted, connected, and ready to react, turning a simple album announcement on a random Thursday in January into a global cultural moment.

What does this tell us?

→ Loyal superfans amplify hype organically without the need for over-the-top, drawn out campaigns.

→ Scarcity drives excitement. Surprise drops turn single moments into shared cultural experiences.

→ Legacy and timing matter. Years of authentic connection set the stage for a moment that feels inevitable, and oh so satisfying.

Naturally, reactive brand responses came thick and fast over the weekend.

But my unexpected fave was NHS England reminding the girlies to book their cervical screenings, leaning into Harry’s comeback while connecting it to a real-world outcome.

(Someone give their social media manager a raise x)

What makes this announcement even more fun is how perfectly it ties to the January 2016 trend blowing up right now.

Fans are already leaning into nostalgia and teenage cringe, sharing throwbacks to their awkward, excitable, unpolished selves. 
And for many, this also connects to their original love for Harry Styles, adding another layer of nostalgia.

That’s superfandom, nostalgia, and clever timing in action, driving massive cultural hype.

Move over BRAT summer, I’m so ready for glitter, funky, feel-good pop summer this year, courtesy of HS x

(Although slightly less ready for the Ticketmaster chaos for the inevitable tour 😅)

Perfect way to kick off a busy Dry January with team BERO and our partners at Target: make a visit to HQ with Tom, and chat with over 500 team members about BERO's mission and why this movement towards wellness and moderation is so important. Made a quick store visit to check out the first Target store ever opened (!!), in Roseville, MN, and back home we went.

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Marketing & Creative Operations to sit at the center of our marketing and creative ecosystem. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you’ll design the infrastructure that allows great ideas to move faster, smarter, and more effectively.

This role is not just about managing timelines—it’s about building the processes, tools, and operating rhythms that power a growing brand.

✨ What You’ll Do
▪️ Be the hub for creative & marketing work
▪️ Own end-to-end project management across campaigns, launches, brand activations, partnerships, and always-on initiatives
▪️Serve as the single point of intake for creative and marketing requests across the company
▪️Turn cross-functional needs into clear, actionable creative briefs with smart prioritization
▪️Build workflows that scale
▪️Design, implement, and continuously improve creative and marketing operations (you’ll build the process, not just follow it)
▪️Evaluate and optimize tools like Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar

🎯 What We’re Looking For
▪️5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations within the CPG industry 
▪️Proven experience building and implementing workflows, not just managing within them
▪️Strong understanding of creative production across digital, social, experiential, and campaign work
▪️Experience partnering with both creative teams and marketing teams
▪️Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills
▪️Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Bonus points if you have:
▪️Experience rolling out project management or creative operations tools
▪️Exposure to sales enablement, retail execution, or packaging workflows
▪️Familiarity with creative production budgeting and resourcing

Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 base + benefits

New Year, Dry January and an exciting announcement that BERO is entering its next chapter.

What began as a simple belief that great beer culture does not have to be defined by alcohol and that there is room to create a premium aspirational lifestyle brand has grown into something much bigger. A brand. A team. And a community that believes the moments we share matter just as much as what is in our glass.

Over the past year, we have focused on building BERO the right way. Thoughtful product. Intentional partnerships. A brand that belongs everywhere people gather, from great meals and nights out to everyday moments worth elevating. Seeing how consumers, retailers, and partners have embraced BERO has been deeply motivating.
