- Prepared and briefed combatant commander and intelligence director on daily operational and actionable intelligence including political military affairs advising. 
- PACE Analysis Trained through the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) which focused on core analytic tradecraft concepts and processes, allowing me to execute essential analytical skills.

What I did as an IT Project Manager:

- DUAL Hatted as the IT Disaster Recovery Planner and IT Project Manager, ensured an exact replicate of the work site was created which included  duplicate infrastructure, duplicate SCI workstations, duplicate hardware, and duplicate servers.  Successfully simulated real time disaster in which 65 analysts had to physically move to Hot Site (recovery site) for 48 hours with zero interruption of workflow.

- Executed, monitored, controlled, and closed $500k renovation project for intelligence department.  Project was completed on time and within budget.

During my time as a Department Head of the MultiService Ward, I Supervised 30 nurses and paraprofessionals in a 20-bed ward, managed a quarterly $40k budget, and conducted medical supply and demand planning and inventory management of million dollar medical equipment.

As the Dermatology clinic manager, I initiated, planned, and executed a 6 month process improvement project, generating over $200k in revenue leading to an improved business process and improved patient satisfaction by 100%.

While I was deployed to the desert in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, I got buy-in and support from the base commander to lead a medical project, that allowed me to build a brand new military troop medical facility with a new computer infrastructure that serviced over 2000 U.S. and Nato troops, and I was later awarded a medal for this huge undertaking.

I’m a Navy Veteran with a high security clearance who successfully transitioned into new careers while on active duty as well as post military career.

I enlisted in the Navy and worked in aviation logistics. I quickly transitioned from enlisted to Naval Nurse Corps Officer, and was the first Nurse Corps Officer to laterally transfer into the Intelligence Community. 

While still serving as an intelligence analyst, I ended my last tour with a bang as the speech writer for a 4-star admiral and 3-star general.

Post military career I became an intelligence consultant and a government contracting recruiter, so I have insider knowledge on how the recruiting and hiring process works, and have experience consulting companies and coaching individuals.
