As a senior strategic leader at Tribal Group, working on the rollout of our Higher Education Full Service Model. This cutting-edge solution integrates a suite of products to deliver optimised versions of SITS, whether on-premises or in the Tribal Cloud. By fostering strong partnerships with higher education institutions, we aim to transition into a pure-play EdTech SaaS business. Senior Account Executive - Higher Education

As Head of Sales, my primary goal is to drive the Global Semestry Sales Team towards exceeding goals through strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to sales excellence. One of my key responsibilities is overseeing the team's performance against key performance indicators.
To ensure that each team member reaches their full potential, I believe in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Empowering the sales team is crucial. As regional manager for Ireland and Europe, I manage and coordinate regional operations. I am working closely with schools, Education providers, universities and candidates to secure roles and opportunities across all channels. 

This includes deploying recruitment strategies to enable robust and sustainable talent acquisition for schools nationally and internationally. Using disruptive, digital recruitment techniques combined with expert, high-performing personnel, we provide our clients with everything they require to fulfil recruitment and retention objectives, saving, on average, 47% of school recruitment budgets.

My role has further developed into inclusion as part of the founding team of the Eteach Academy. During my time with the company I was ranked 6th across UK and Ireland for my performance. I worked within two divisions in Initial: Washrooms solutions and Textile services incorporating work wear sales.
