While managing that portfolio I foster strong relationships with management on site at the properties to create brand advocacy through reliability and consistency in my messaging and delivery of content. In order to be successful in this role, I've developed an understanding of many parts of Comcast from delivery of service, to product offerings, and some technical knowledge. I've also established a strong network of internal partners to help in areas that I cannot such as installation and billing assistance. It has been incredibly rewarding being on the front lines of Comcast's push to make Customer Experience our number one product.

•	Executed monthly Operational Reviews to ensure that we were following all federal banking laws and guidelines by developing an organizational system that allowed all employees to easily properly sign and file paperwork. Eventually achieving 100% compliance 4 months in a row.
•	Led a turn-around of a branch that was well below expectations in New Accounts and Cross Selling into a team that at one point was the top Cross Selling branch in the entire company.
•	Developed an Assistant Manager that worked under me into a recently promoted Inbound Sales Manager at US Bank.
•	Partnered with the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Security Manager to lead monthly team huddles within my first 6 months on the job.

•	Supported an installation staff of more than 10 contractors that would go to customer homes to place bids on installation jobs.

I grew up (professionally speaking) in Retail, before making the switch to Telecom almost 8 years ago. After working for two of the biggest in the game, I've now found myself at Brightspeed. Why Brightspeed? The opportunity to do things differently, serve the chronically underserved, and be a part of something new and growing was too good to pass up.

In my free time you can find me lifting weights in the gym, cooking on my Blackstone griddle, golfing, or spending time with my wife and kids.
