- Led an 8-person cross-functional remote product team responsible for integrating the Prodsight acquisition.
- Owned the strategy, discovery, and delivery of the company’s first cross-team AI product initiative, AutoQA, coordinating three remote teams and two technology stacks.
- Designed and implemented a global product management process which unified 12 product
teams across four timezones and three acquisitions, breaking down silos and creating a real-time organisation-wide roadmap for the CPO.

- Led the company from inception to a seven-figure cash exit in four years.
- Hired and led a 5-person cross-functional product team to build an AI-powered customer feedback analysis platform that aggregated support tickets, surveys, and reviews to help product and support teams make informed decisions.
- Grew revenue from $0 to $250,000 ARR and secured customers like Canva, Linktree and MOO through product-led and sales-led approaches.

- First employee as part of a spin-out from Kotikan following its acquisition by FanDuel.
- Led a 6-person cross-functional product team in creating a new work-focused mobile (iOS and
Android) messaging product from inception to significant user traction in prominent high-street food
and retail chains like Three, Vodafone, Michael Kors and H&M.
- Closely collaborated with the UX designer and engineers to create a mobile messaging experience that is on par with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

- Kotikan was an agency famous for building Skyscanner and FanDuel mobile apps.
- Led a cross-functional team of five in the discovery of a new 0 -> 1 product initiative that ultimately led to the spin-out called Yavi.
- Used quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (research, user feedback) to inform product prioritisation and decision-making.
- Implemented a robust product experimentation framework inspired by the Lean Startup for validating assumptions and informing low-cost experiments.
