🚨 Calling all jobseekers 🚨 

Full transparency, after my wife and I landed jobs at Walmart & Slack following a similarly structured and formatted deck, I planned to templatize and sell it. 

Low and behold, life punched us in the mouth, and priorities dramatically changed. Created the template, but never got to launch it. 

Let's call a spade a spade, the job market has been brutal the past couple years. 

So now, I just want anybody who is on the lookout to put themselves in the best position possible to land a new role.

All of my experience across go-to-market, RevOps, data, and systems has come together in my current role leading Data Operations at Eleven Software.

I grew up in a construction family, helping with projects and learning how to plan work, build, and finish things the right way. That builder mindset is why I’m drawn to systems, process, and the satisfaction of building processes to help companies scale.

That pattern carried through early jobs and education. My first role in food services logistics taught me how small process improvements prevent bottlenecks before they happen. Graduate school in Exercise Science trained me to ask better questions, design experiments, analyze data, and how to simplify complex topics through teaching, research, and NIH-funded work at Penn State.

I pivoted into business through full-cycle sales, where I learned relationship building, account strategy, and revenue expansion, while also discovering my love for creating content and that trust create real leverage. That curiosity led me to co-host a company podcast, and later launch The 20% Podcast, a career-development show which I’ve now hosted for 260+ episodes

My career became increasingly cross-functional, and I've gained experience as I built account management functions, designed HubSpot-centered RevOps programs, developed partnerships, and architected GTM systems. At Pipedream, I learned automation, partner ecosystems, and building an outbound program, along with contributing to major product launches and execution through the company acquisition by Workday.

Today at Eleven Software, I lead Data Operations where I unify data across teams, am streamlining business processes/automation, and helping the business operate from a shared source of truth. 

The common thread across every chapter is that I enjoy building, simplifying complex topics, and helping teams work more efficiently. I firmly believe the best systems only work when they are built to solve real problems, designed with the people who use them.
