I also expanded methods of reaching our highly targeted audience though Google Search, Youtube and LinkedIn ads, whilst implementing tracking across channels, mapping out the full customer journey, and implementing remarketing campaigns to boost ROI.

I scaled my team from 1-4 people and turned around failing ad accounts from other parts of the business. This led to opportunities such as presenting our results in using UGC and analytics to boost ROI across paid channels to improve company wide results.

Leading that team was a career highlight. Mentoring marketers, building workflows that played to individual strengths, and watching the team gain recognition for our contribution to the business was incredibly rewarding – and it planted the seed for my future in coaching.

Whilst I was proud of the work we did as a team, I became uncomfortable selling one-size-fits-all fat loss products I didn’t believe in.
