specialize in leading companies from ±$1M ARR through $45M+ ARR,
building the systems, teams, and performance culture required for predictable
growth.

I have done this multiple times in SaaS and technology-driven businesses. I've
led sales organizations of up to 45 people, partnered directly with CEOs, and
boards, and built playbooks that allow teams to scale across regions without
losing quality or accountability.

My strength is operating in the middle of growth: when the company has
momentum, but the sales motion is inconsistent, the data is noisy, and leadership
needs clarity, control, and results.

Glassfy's SDK and Tools enable you to easily build and manage in-app purchases, create paywalls, and trigger monetization events from user behaviors maximizing revenue from apps.

Just built a Zapier agent for post-sales call rep training, opportunity prediction success %, and crafting follow-up. Here is the gist of it: 

First, if you haven't played with Zapier's agent copilot its pretty great, classic quirks you have in any other (insert here 100 tools) agentic platform. 

Here was what I wanted to solve: 
- Predict opportunity success based on Discovery call (e.g. 56% deal close based on how the call went) 
- Coach the rep and their manager on exactly how the call went based on the company's services, sales playbook, etc. (e.g. MEDDPICC) 
- Based on those first two factors, how would you craft the follow-up email and tasks to ensure highest chance of achieving next steps of the opp

This is integrating with:
- Fireflies.ai 
- Google Mail & Sheets 
- Notion 
- An LLM of company playbooks and best practices including sales frameworks 

Agent flow:
- Call completed in Fireflies triggers agent 
- Agent ensures it pulls from the LLM of company services papers, sales training SOP's, etc. 
- Creates a call brief to explain to the rep and manager what went well and didn't, and coaching points on what to improve 
- Creates a rep call Score % and a Opportunity Success Score % 
- Creates a follow-up email as a draft in gmail 

Next, I will be testing how it can integrate the historical opp closed data and a few other things.

In my opinion, the main reason I am seeing GTM fail for companies over the last few years is almost entirely on their ability to be distracted by things... 

Distracted by AI, either lean in and adopt or don't. 

Distracted by the growth numbers of others in (or worse, out) of their space.

Distracted by yet another feature or product they want to spin up. 

The dawn of hyper-growth and AI + accessibility has only made even the most elite teams more distracted than ever before. 

The ones killing it? 
- Still sending high-quality 1:1 outbound emails/messages to their strategic accounts
- Building authority and brand in their niche/space with quality product marketing
- Going ONSITE to their clients and learning while also building relationships 
- Focused and obsessed on one exceptional use case (until $xxm size) 

But no, that takes grit - of which - we thought would go away for some reason. 

Sometimes we just have to be reminded that. Struggling? Maybe go try that XYZ thing that actually worked a few years back or last month and keep cracking.

Whichever agent platform finally decides to TEACH companies the expertise on how to run their actual business, instead of making their 1,200th agent "template," will clean up the market. 

Slop super scale and nobody is going to actual revenue orgs and saying, here is what a revenue org actually looks and runs like at scale - and here is a simple framework to tweak that to your business, and then the solution to make it agentic. 

Because turns out, most of those leaders using these platforms to build the agents have no earthly idea what a well-running org should look like. 

A lot of these enterprises (especially mid-market) are just hobbled together mindshare of leaders and ops roles that struggled to actually know the right way to systemize their org. 

And they are scared to tell their team.

So, help them.
