I have done this multiple times in SaaS and technology-driven businesses. I've
led sales organizations of up to 45 people, partnered directly with CEOs, and
boards, and built playbooks that allow teams to scale across regions without
losing quality or accountability.

My strength is operating in the middle of growth: when the company has
momentum, but the sales motion is inconsistent, the data is noisy, and leadership
needs clarity, control, and results.

This fiscal year I’m stepping into an expanded role at Snowflake ❄️❄️

Moving forward, I’ll be leading the Business Development team for all current customers across the UK and Ireland.

Broadening the scope across UK & Ireland means scaling how we support and grow our existing customers, and continuing to build teams focused on driving real value from Snowflake across industries.

Thank you to Maxime Fremy for the trust and continued mentorship. I’m also looking forward to partnering closer with Florence Storr and Adam Metherell as we double down on growth across the Financial Services, Retail, Media and Manufacturing space. As well as continuing to scale our Business Development hub in London alongside Yvonne Dong and Omer Cakmak!
