1) L'influence B2B n'est plus un "test"

L'influence est un canal qui s'installe dans le mix des directions marketing. 

2025 a été un point de bascule en Europe. 

La question n’est plus “est-ce que ça marche ?” mais quand / comment / combien / comment mesurer.

2) La confirmation que Kāst est un acteur leader en France sur l'influence B2B 

Si mon nom apparaît c’est surtout parce qu’on pousse fort le sujet chez Kāst.

Leaders marketing d'influence en France

Ce créateur a fait mieux que ce que la plupart des fondateurs attendent des meilleurs fonds de VC. 

Oui, je parle de Jake Paul.

Les estimations convergent pour dire qu'il a gagné ~90 millions de dollars pour affronter Anthony Joshua il y a deux semaines. 

Une somme astronomique. 

Et complètement décorrélée de son maigre palmarès. 

Mais cette somme est loin d'être comparable à ce que Jake Paul pourrait gagner grâce à ces investissements dans la tech. 

Un aperçu des entreprises auxquelles il a eu accès très tôt :

→ Ramp au seed: aujourd’hui valorisée 32 milliards de dollars

 → Chronosphere au seed: acquise pour 3,35 milliards

 → Cognition en Series B: désormais valorisée 10,2 milliards

Le point n'est pas de dire qu'il a été plus intelligent que a16z ou Sequoia.
Mais il faut reconnaître le levier qu'ont les créateurs en 2026. 

Jake Paul a démontré une chose très claire :

Audience * capital * accès anticipé = opportunités exceptionnelles. 

Dans son cas :
- L’accès au deal flow s'est avéré plus impactant qu'une capacité d'analyse du marché 
-Son audience a été mieux valorisée que les due diligences des meilleurs fonds 
- Le timing bat les thèses d’investissement

Ma prédiction pour 2026 ?

On va voir exploser les deals de “Media for Equity” dans l’IA et le SaaS B2B.

Webmarketing & co’m m'a demandé pourquoi le marketing d'influence B2B devient incontournable ? Voici les 5 points clés partagés par les CMOs B2B: 

1️⃣ Les canaux d’acquisition B2B sont saturés

SEO en perte de vitesse, Ads de plus en plus chers, emails de prospection avec <1 % de réponse. 

Comme tous les canaux avant eux ils arrivent à maturité. 

L’influence B2B émerge comme un nouveau relais, moins saturé et plus différenciant.

2️⃣ Le parcours d’achat est désormais autonome

Près de 90 % du parcours se fait sans contact commercial. 

Les décideurs s’informent seuls, comparent et se forgent une opinion bien avant d’échanger avec une marque.

3️⃣ La confiance est devenue l’actif clé

As I was browsing on X during Christmas break, I read this great thread from Pierre-Eliott. 

The team at GojiberryAI basically turns a signal into a sales conversation on autopilot. 

Exciting promise. 

If you spend as much time as I do on Linkedin, you also know it’s quite a competitive niche. 

In their own words, they didn’t want to “spend weeks testing new acquisition channels.” They also didn’t want to use ads or affiliates.

Pure. Influence. Power. 

So here is the playbook. 

# 1 - INFLUENCER IDENTIFICATION 

They identified 2 kinds of influencers: 

1/ Niche experts with smaller and qualified audience
2/ Viral creators with bigger reach but more diluted impact 

They picked the second type of profiles and invested $500 for 2 posts. 

I would have picked the first type to optimize for relevance and conversion, so it’s interesting they still got a positive ROI by optimizing for virality.

# 2 - PREP WORK  

The team created the posts and visuals.

Each creator was instructed to reply to every comment and share a Notion link that delivered value to the community.

Now here is the kicker. 

Influencers were asked to send the link in the comment and not via DM. 

For obvious reasons, it decreases your potential reach. But it can increase your clicks dramatically as people who don’t comment still click the link. 

ROI is often 1.5–2x higher than what post metrics suggest.

# 3 - THE RESULTS 

To recall, the team invested $500. 

Results after only 10 hours were honestly impressive:
- 18 trials with credit card added 
- 50+ new signups
- 9 paid conversions expected for an estimated $990 MRR
- 5 demo calls 

It’s fair to say that $500 is an investment most of the companies could make. 

But right now, there’s one channel that can deliver a 2x ROI this fast: B2B creator partnerships.

The question isn't whether you can afford to try it in 2026. 

It's whether you can afford not to.

Résultat inattendu pour le B2B : LinkedIn et Youtube arrivent en 3ème et 4ème positions des sources les plus citées.

Mais ce n'est pas le plus intéressant. Voici 3 apprentissages clés:

1 : Un visiteur qui arrive via un LLM vaut 4,4 fois plus qu'un visiteur SEO classique. 

Pourquoi ? Parce qu'au moment où il clique, il a déjà comparé les options, compris votre proposition de valeur et pris sa décision. 

2: 90% des contenus cités par les LLMs sont classés au-delà de la position 21 sur Google. 

Vous n'avez pas besoin d'être premier sur Google pour être visible dans ChatGPT. 

Les LLMs privilégient la pertinence de niche et l'expertise sectorielle, exactement ce que produisent les leaders d'opinion de votre industrie.

3: 50% des liens dans les réponses de ChatGPT pointent vers des sites d'entreprises et de services. 

Votre marque peut être directement citée et recommandée.

Concrètement, chaque contenu produit par un expert sur LinkedIn fait double effet. 

Impact immédiat auprès de votre cible et intégration dans la mémoire des LLMs qui recommanderont votre marque pendant des années.
