It's a newsletter created to help more creators/founders/internet builders grow their online businesses. We do that by sharing the tactics and playbooks top creators use to grow their audience and monetize their content.

I used to believe MVPs (Minimal Viable Products) are the way to go when building. Now I think it’s killing great products. Let me explain:

For years, I thought the key to creating a great product is to…

- Ship stuff fast
- Iterate with 100 A/B tests
- And make it wonderful one day

But it’s mostly an excuse to…

- push half-baked features just to “gather data.”
- run A/B tests without a real hypothesis.
- tweak buttons, copy, colors… and call it “data-driven.”
- celebrate small uplifts that don’t change anything in the big picture.

… instead of actually designing great products.

We let numbers dictate everything, forgetting the only metric that really matters:

Do people actually love using this?

That’s why I believe in MLP (Minimal Lovable Products):

❤️ Features people feel
❤️ Fewer tests, more intuition
❤️ Products that are delightful

That’s how we build at Perspective. We don’t launch random features and pray the data says yes. We build things we know (on a product level, a design level, and a human level) will make people want to use them.

At the end of the day, data should inform decisions, not replace them.

I'm constantly surrounded by tech founders, entrepreneurs, and agency owners (and I love it). But what my brother has been building in Austria over the years…

It’s honestly so cool.

He builds luxury apartments in Zillertal and is about to break ground on his first luxury chalet.

I have so much respect for people who just do their own thing, especially in industries like his, where you can't just hop on a Zoom call with other founders to exchange ideas and get inspired like we do online.

It takes real courage to build your own vision when you're mostly figuring it out alone.

Wilhelm, I'm so grateful to have a brother like you.
