I coordinated the work of 150 cities in Europe in the field of social affairs, working with mayors, vice mayors and municipal services on social inclusion, skills and employment, as well as housing policies by connecting cities across Europe to exchange and adopt good practices and linking urban policies to EU policies such as the European Pillar of Social Rights. My work impacted over 50 million people in big cities in Europe.

Programme coordinator of the mutual learning programme for cities (supported by the EU EaSi grant). The programme involves policy development feeding into EU policy-making, data collection, capacity building and awareness raising. 

Acting as liaison between Eurocities and DG EMPL, EP EMPL, and Council EPSCO. 

Wrote 5 major publications on reducing child poverty, increasing Roma inclusion, fostering gender equality and inclusive labour markets, and leveraging ESF+ funding in cities based on inputs from city services. 

Organised 6 major events for Eurocities social affairs forum, including a first-ever Cities Social Forum and two editions of Social Innovation Labs.

Represented cities in EU-level policy discussions and conferences.
