I have been working with Atlassian tools for over 12 years, and have implemented them for more than 50 projects, for customers of up to 30,000 users. I have also written more than 15,000 lines of Scriptrunner code to automate processes and integrate tools. 
As an Atlassian Certified Expert with 5+ different certifications,  I have a strong background in digital transformation, improving and automating processes. 
I am passionate about delivering solutions that make a positive impact on people's lives and businesses.

• I designed and currently lead the development of a project that will aggregate the data from all our cloud regions and extract useful information for our clients
• Developed and shipped multiple parts of a distributed, auditable, real-time collaboration application using Go 
• Took the initiative to optimize resource usage for the services in our product group. I applied rightsizing and autoscaling and reduced the computing cost by 60%
• Started a guild regarding cost savings topics

Software Engineer

Cognizant Softvision

• While continuing hands-on technical work, part of my time was spent on management and activities for a community of 70 DevOps engineers
• Improved the recruitment and interviewing process - reduced the number of unqualified candidates by 40%, thus solving the problem of overloaded technical interviewers
• Led the mentorship program, in which I trained and allocated on projects 12 colleagues, reducing the time needed to fill a position
• Increased knowledge sharing inside the community by putting in place a framework for recurring tech talks and local meetups

Senior DevOps Engineer & DevOps Community Lead

• Developed, delivered, and maintained the AWS infrastructure, Terraform code, and deployments for a solution that handled up to 5k req / s 
• It scaled automatically, handling spikes of up to 10x without issues
• Designed and implemented the disaster recovery solution for it, with minimum costs and 15 minutes of downtime when switching over

Senior DevOps Engineer

• Designed, implemented, and delivered the GCP infrastructure, Terraform code, Kubernetes deployments, CI / CD, and monitoring solutions for a data ingestion application that scaled up automatically to 50k req/s
• Reduced the development environments cost by 50% by using a combination of on-demand and preemptible instances

• Every team had only one designated person that had permissions in the production environment - the release manager
• Besides continuing my tasks as a software engineer, I was also in charge of deploying my team’s code to production, making sure everything was working as intended, and reacting to incidents
• I reduced the number of bugs released into production by implementing a system to better keep track of dependencies and integration test results

• Designed, built, delivered, and maintained a service that calculated package delivery times for the vendors that were selling through eMag Marketplace
• The service had 90% code coverage, a response time of 10ms or less, and a peak throughput of 3k req/s using just two servers

• Designed and built a service that aggregated and displayed real-time data for the top management team

• Automated most of the manual work that was done when adding a new game into the tracking system, thus reducing by 75% the time required, and eliminating human error
