My entrepreneurial journey began in Year 8. From door-to-door sales to washing cars, lawn mowing, and paper runs, I developed a passion for business. After leaving school, I launched my first company, but things didn’t go as planned. Undeterred, I went on to start three more ventures over the following years, all of which failed.

By my mid twenties, I hit rock bottom, a point where repeating the same patterns was no longer an option. That period forced a shift. I began working on my inner orientation, learning under mentors who had built and carried real weight.

Soon after, I teamed up with a friend to start a sales company that grew from the two of us to more than 40 staff before we exited. More than the outcome, that experience reinforced the value of having access to experience-led advice.

Wanting to pass that forward, I became active as a spokesperson for entrepreneurship, speaking publicly, interviewing founders, working with the Richard Branson Center and writing for several publications.

Around the same time, I founded a company called linkfluencer. What started as just an idea grew into Australia’s leading LinkedIn training company working with thousands of businesses before ultimately selling it in 2023.

Looking for my next challenge, I combined my passion for people and business to start an advisory firm, where I developed a repeatable, scalable framework to help founders grow. Over time, however, it became clear that the most meaningful work ahead was no longer about financial upside alone. 

The opportunities business created in my life carried a responsibility to be passed forward. That conviction led to me starting FONDE, a foundation committed to building generational access to founder education without limits.

With success invariably formed by how founders think, decide, and lead, our mission is to deliver education that builds the inner orientation they need to navigate whatever the journey demands, shaped by those who have walked before them. 

Designed to be carried forward, every founder who invests in their own future helps extend that same capability to the next generation and those who lack access today. 

This includes funding scholarships for young entrepreneurs, bursaries for those without the financial means to participate, expanding connectivity where internet access remains a barrier to learning, and building centres in communities with limited resources.

When I’m not working on the mission, you’ll usually find me training at the gym, travelling, or spending time with friends and family.
