I've dedicated more than 15 years to philanthropy and nonprofit management, a journey rich with learning and growth. As the Head of Niagara Cares and Director of Corporate Giving at Niagara Bottling, I lead our company's efforts to give back, blending an expertise in grantmaking, partnership development, and collaborative fundraising.

I work closely with nonprofits, aligning our philanthropic initiatives with Niagara's values and business goals. 

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and I'm fortunate to partner with organizations that share our commitment to innovation and kindness. Together, we're addressing some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges, guided by trust and empathy.

My leadership philosophy centers on mentorship and coaching, striving to inspire and encourage my team and peers. Every day, I'm motivated by the potential we all have to make a positive impact, one simple action at a time.

I have the ongoing privilege of sharing insights on social impact, strategic philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), amplifying our collective efforts to create a better world. Recent speaking engagements include NationSwell, Social Innovation Summit, EarthX, Board.org, Omega Institute, and Games for Change,

At Niagara, I've established the first business-aligned CSR strategy, focusing on recycling, watershed management, and community wellness, impacting over 13 million lives annually. In 2024, we planted 200k trees, restored 7 miles of the Rio Grande, and returned 130 million gallons of water to the Colorado River Basin and we are not done. 

Additionally, I developed a rapid response framework for major disasters in the US, launched a volunteer program resulting in 2600 volunteer hours in its first year and led efforts to increase recycling rates in Texas, California, and Washington.  I also produced the award-winning documentary, *Water Ways* and launched a new Roblox Game, "Salvage Safari" which has nearly 1M active weekly users.
