Here's my attempt 

But first, I'd like to give you some perspective on where I've come from.

I had my first job at 12; I worked as a custodian at my local church. I haven't NOT worked since then, except for breaks between jobs and one period where I self-sabotaged myself out of a job (that's a story over drinks or a very strong cup of coffee).  

Knowing that, imagine deciding to stop working, not because of a layoff or termination, but because you need a break and want to hit the reset button.  That's where I'm coming from...

Ok, here is the boring ask for leads: I'd love to stay in the HR Tech industry, but I am open to new fields in the following roles: Sales Leadership, Sales Coaching, Sales Enablement, and Strategic Account Management and Partnerships.

I am the Managing Vice President for Gartner's Sales and Marketing Practice across Europe and APAC leading a team of 70 leaders, account and sales executives.

My role and the role of my team is to help organisations accelerate commercial performance through improved sales, marketing, communication and customer service practices. We equip Senior Leaders with objective, expert advice and proven tools they need to seize the right opportunities with clarity and confidence, and to stay ahead of trends that matter. 

During this period, I successfully led the integration of my team into Gartner whilst also managing the integration of new products, pricing, CRM and leadership.  Through this I managed to keep engagement high whilst delivering strong results overachieving on quota each year. 

Responsibilities/Achievements:

•	108% plan 2019/ 114% plan 2018 / 120% plan 2017 
•	7 out of 8 leaders on my team achieved Winners Circle and 46% of the overall team achieved 
 Winners Circle
•	Achieved Winners Circle each year as well as Chairman’s Club in 2017

Managing Vice President

I was responsible for leading a new team brought together to scale a number of CEB programs across Europe that were struggling. 
 
Across this time, I led our Legal/Procurement/Market Insights/R&D/Customer Contact teams with the sole purpose of building scale and driving healthy growth.

•	142% plan 1H 2016 (maternity leave 2H 2016) /110% of annual goal /  97% plan 2015 
•	Led double-digit growth across the team 
•	Led a number of programs to scale and also took decisive action with programs not aligned to a European market
•	Managed our EMEA Sales Coach 
•	Coached and managed  rising leaders

Market Director - New Platforms and UK

During this time, I developed and managed our UK sales and service team across the entire CEB portfolio of products to drive growth in the UK (CEBs largest market in EMEA) 

Responsibilities/Achievements:

•	Responsible for over $15 million in annual revenue in 2013 with 17% YOY growth 
•	Managed, coached and developed a high performing sales and account management team  
•	Built commercial excellence to positively influence sales, renewals and client engagement (such as diagnosis and negotiation ability or commercial pipeline management) 
•	Gathered market intelligence and collaborated with product partners to influence future offerings and sales enablement opportunities 
•	Coordinated with research teams, executive advisors, client support teams and delivery resources to ensure we exceeded the expectations of senior clients 
•	Led training modules and cohorts to help upskill the wider commercial team 
•	Consistently Recognized for strong coaching

Market Director, United Kingdom, CEB 

I had responsibility of leading our Commercial team across EMEA selling into HR executives. 

Responsibilities/Achievements:

•	Achieved 105% of goal in 2009 (the highest in EMEA) 108% of goal in 2010, 99% in 2011
•	Achieved both Presidents Club Circle Award and Chairmans Leadership Award 
•	Managed and coached a 20 person strong sales and account management team through regular feedback, coaching and joint traveling - with a sharp emphasis on building commercial skills e.g. commercial pipeline management, improving retention and driving growth in existing accounts 
•	Provided consistent feedback regarding unmet market needs, product introductions, and sales enablement opportunities

Revenue Practice Lead, Human Resources, CEB

Revenue and management role responsible for selling consultative best practice advisory services to C-level Human Resource executives across EMEA 

Responsibilities/Achievements:

•	Achieved ranking as top 3 EMEA sales professional each year, generating over $1 MM in annual sales in 2006 and over $1.5 MM in annual sales both in 2007 and 2008 (with an average price point of 40k in our HR portfolio) 
•	Achieved Presidents Circle ranking each year. 
•	Managed a team of sales executives from 2008  and led the entire team to above goal (we reached the highest growth rate and achievement against annual goal in EMEA) 
•	Achieved the highest personal conversion rate in CEB across 2009 converting 50% of prospects 
•	Personally responsible for the successful sales launch of a new advisory product targeted at Heads of Compensation at FTSE 100 and other large organisations in Europe.
