Before SaaStock, I spent 11 years in sales, getting my hands dirty, chasing targets, closing deals, and learning what real GTM pressure feels like. Switched from ChatGPT to Claude Code.

Not because it writes better. Because I can build with it.

5 things I built for my GTM stack as a Vibe Growth marketer (not an engineer 😅):

1. Paid Jarvis (Always an Avengers Fanboy)
 
Slack bot. Team asks "which ads have the most budget spent?" - pulls live LinkedIn ad data - responds in plain English. Replaced our morning metrics routine. Sends report every morning 10:00 AM 

2. ABM Ad Generator
Copy in, on-brand creatives out. Our design system, colour palette, and illustration rules - all baked in. What took 2 hours in Figma now takes 2 minutes. 

Not a polished output, but still better than me giving inputs to him via notion but visually showing him how I wanted it to look. 

3. 1-to-1 ABM Landing Pages

4 AI agents run in sequence: research, plan, write, develop. 27+ ICP-specific pages. Not templates. Pages that pass the "would our CEO say this?" test.

4. Budget Alert System

If LinkedIn ads aren't pacing at 90% spend, I get flagged. Consecutive-day performance drops? Also flagged. No more discovering wasted budget on Monday morning. - This literally saves me 2 to 3 hours a day 

5. ICP Research Engine - My favourite 

4 layers: product truth, narrative, ICP-specific messaging, assets. Goes into the possible Reddit threads, understands the plain customer language and helps me to come up with Landing pages based on the research. 

The mental model shift: 

ChatGPT = you ask, it answers.
Claude Code = you build systems that run without you.

If you're in GTM and only using AI for content generation, you're leaving the biggest leverage on the table.

Started with a $20 plan and moved to a $100 plan in a month 😂

If someone gave me $45K a quarter to run LinkedIn Ads for a B2B SaaS company, here's exactly how I'd spend it.

First, most of that $45K is not going to LinkedIn.

Ad spend: ~$36K ($12K/month) HubSpot: ~$150/quarter Clay: ~$450/quarter ZenABM: ~$180/quarter 

Buffer for creative/scaling: ~$8K

Now the strategy.

I'm not running lead gen forms, Ever.

I'm uploading a target account list of 500-700 companies into LinkedIn Campaign Manager. The actual companies we want as customers.

Three campaign layers:

→ Thought Leader Ads for Engagement (40%)
→ Single image + video ads awareness  (40%)
→ Carousel ads to tell the full story mid-funnel (20%)

TLAs get the biggest slice. $2-3 CPM vs. $40-50 for single image. 

They warm up buying committees for pennies.

ZenABM shows me which accounts are engaging at the company level. That signal goes into HubSpot. 

When accounts cross an engagement threshold, Clay enriches the buying committee. BDR gets a warm list with context.

And when I report to leadership, I'm not showing CPL or CPC.

I'm showing:
→ Target accounts moved from "unaware" to "engaged" 
→ Pipeline influenced by LinkedIn 
→ Pipeline per dollar spent 
→ Accounts where multiple buying committee members engaged.

Just Four metrics. No vanity metrics. 

Under $800/quarter in tooling. The rest is ad spend and creative.

Most teams blow $45K on broad targeting + lead gen forms + CPL dashboards and wonder why sales says LinkedIn doesn't work.

It works. You're just running it like Google Ads.

Stop that.
