At the Center for the Edge, I developed and shaped Deloitte's human-centric perspective on the future of work within an unpredictable and rapidly changing, technology-enabled environment. This perspective was central to top-level messaging and content and was integrated into executive perspectives and high-visibility thought leadership for leaders across the Firm.

The Deloitte Center for the Edge conducted original research and developed substantive points of view for new corporate growth. Through rigorous thought leadership and events, the Center helped senior executives make sense of broad underlying trends -- what is happening, why it matters, and what to do about it -- at the edges of business and technology.

As thought leader and research lead I developed perspectives on organizational and individual thriving in an exponential environment, including:
