Conversion Value Optimization (CVO) is rolled out to GA now in LinkedIn Ads:
 
"Conversion Value Optimization (CVO) is now accessible to all advertisers, enabling campaigns to prioritize high-value conversions, driving maximum ROI/ROAS.
Designed for Website Conversion campaigns, it supports integrations through CAPI, the Insights Tag, or CSV uploads for seamless tracking and optimization.
Advertisers can tailor optimizations to focus on conversion value, total conversions, landing page clicks, or impressions, depending on campaign goals."
 
I think this is a great step for the algorithm as LinkedIn Ads continues to evolve.
 
Because one major hurdle of LinkedIn's conversion tracking, is that you may want to track several conversion events in one campaign (view, lead, opp, etc etc)... but there is no way to choose which event you want to optimize for.
 
With CAPI and more platform integrations, we're getting a lot more data pushed back to the ads platform.
 
That data should be making our campaigns more effective.
 
So, start setting up your conversion events now to use Conversion Values so you build the historical data in your account to be useful as the algo continues to evolve.

Company page reach dropped to 1.6% of your followers. Down from 7% in 2021.
 
Everyone says "use employee advocacy" like it's some magic fix. Then they skip the part about how to actually make it work.
 
You can't just tell employees to share company posts. That feels forced, looks fake, and they won't do it consistently.
 
Employee posts work because they get 2.75x more impressions and 5x more engagement than company pages. LinkedIn's algorithm favors personal profiles over brands.
 
But the content has to come from their voice, not yours.
 
✔️ Your sales team sharing their takes on deals they closed.
✔️ Your product lead explaining a feature decision.
✔️ Your CEO talking about a hard lesson from last quarter.
 
That's what performs. Not your company announcement reposted by 12 people with "Excited to share..." captions.
 
Your company page still matters for credibility and official updates, so keep it active.
 
But if you want organic reach in 2026, prioritize employee voices over the corporate feed.

How to drive more demos in the final 30 days of the year:
 
1. 🎁 Create an EOY offer that gets them value fast - ie. Check off a final to do in 2025, or get a head start on your 2026 goals.
2. 📋 Email your warm list. A simple database reactivation is your best bet.
3. 🔄 Retarget everyone who has shown interest this year. Site visits, company page visitors, clicks, video views, all of it.

5. 🌐 Run retargeting across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Omnipresence wins when buyers are scattered across platforms.
6. 🎄 Use messaging that speaks to the season. If your ads ignore year end, they blend in. Tie your offer to planning, budgeting, and new year momentum.
7. 📆 Add a clear deadline. Tell them the offer is only valid through December 31. Scarcity is real this time of year.
8. ☎️ If buyers can't commit now, offer to pre-schedule discovery calls for January, or right before you leave for the holiday.

Your CEO's profile is the most powerful marketing tool your company has. But most CEOs never get comfortable posting on LinkedIn.
 
There's a huge mental hurdle you have to get over. I get it. Most everyone runs into it... 
 
But the best way I know to get past it is to "just get started".
 
You're not going to be comfortable the first time you post on LinkedIn.
You'll most definitely cringe looking at old posts.
 
But you just have to get started.
 
It takes practice to find your voice, what you want to write about, and what performs best.
 
It takes practice to figure out your writing process, editing process, and how you choose topics.
 
If you're just getting started - use ChatGPT. Most Founders/CEOs get stuck on a blank page. They overthink the first draft and never hit publish.
 
Once you get the first post out, then the second, and then the third... you'll start to get into a rhythm.
 
Then, when you're really ready to take it to the next level - find a freelancer, an agency, or someone on your team who can actually nail your specific perspective. 
 
Because if you're a CEO and not using your profile, you're losing ground to your competitors who are.

Here's what I saw across multiple accounts - how did your ads perform over the holiday weekend?
 
• CPMs jumped 20 to 100 percent.
• TOFU/MOFU engagement + lead gen held stronger than expected.
• BOFU conversions were very few to zero, as expected.
 
This maps with buyer behavior right now. Over the holidays people do a lot of scrolling and reading as they kill time traveling and etc. But they're not thinking about B2B buying until they get back into the office.
