In my last role at the IMF, I led a team of accounting and financial professionals to deliver on operations and management of the IMF's administrative and capital budget expenditures. Developed and implemented strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency to support long-term objectives. Ensured a strong system of internal controls including through compliance with IMF policies, accounting and budgetary principles, and IT controls; strengthened operational resilience through preparation and execution of business continuity plans to ensure performance of critical business functions; managed staff performance, identified career objectives, supported individual staff development, developed and maintained divisional resource plans; led policy analysis and implementation initiatives, change management, and strategic institutional initiatives.
