Started my own company before high school to pay for my own education. Sold lipstick and my tech skills. Decided to do a master in computer science because make-up was a low margin business

Went on to create first mobile products with millions of users for Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Pearson. Some of them went to be keynoted on stage by Steve Jobs 

The past few years have got me back to entrepreneurship and it fits me like a glove. I founded Chili Piper - the demand conversion platform that doubles inbound conversion rates for cool companies like Spotify, Airbnb, Snapchat, Shopify and thousands others. Recently gone through a financial transaction that got us close to a billion dollar valuation

Customer Love Engineer

Classic Driver

Communicating with the customers/colleagues via Atlassian JIRA service desk, Skype chat/calls, email exchange to identify website problems, and advising on the solution.

Responding to reported issues/problems via Atlassian JIRA service desk within agreed upon SLA and escalating them appropriately to the development team using Agile development board.

Users account management for team members on systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Atlassian Confluence, Classic Driver website, Classic Driver FTP, etc.

Working with the development team using Agile Project Management to resolve technical issues discovered while testing or issues from customer feedback.

Testing and evaluating newly added features or bug fixes before release to live environment using Postman, Swagger to test restful APIs, and also testing from Firebase and Drupal UI while managing the project using JIRA Agile board.

Communicating with service providers and guiding the development by contributing to the requirement analysis, specifications, and testing.

Updating self-help documents so customers/colleagues can try to fix problems themselves.
