This is the bit where I’m supposed to tell you how awesome I am. It’s also usually written in the third person, which is kind of weird, so I won’t do that.

I think people read “about” pages and author bios for two main reasons. They want to know, “Is this person credible?” and “What can they do for me?” With that in mind, here’s a bunch of business stuff I’ve done that I’m proud of:

→ My books have a lot of reach. They’ve been translated into over 30 languages and have impacted millions of entrepreneurs all over the world.
→ I’ve founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple high-growth businesses across various industries, including IT, telecommunications, and marketing.

→ I’ve made a lot of money along the way. I know money doesn’t buy happiness, but having grown up poor, I can tell you being rich is much better.

We free up online business owners from daily management so they have time to focus on their passions, strategy, and generating new business.

I help $3M-15M service businesses (law firms, consultancies, marketing agencies) build operations that run without the founder in every decision.

Most businesses at this stage hit the same wall: the systems that got you here won't get you there. You're doing $3M-5M with a scrappy team and founder-dependent processes. To reach $10M+, you need infrastructure that scales.

What I actually do:

I come in as your part-time COO on a month-to-month basis (no 18-month EOS-style lock-ins) and work directly with your leadership team to:

Fix what's broken first. Intake conversion crashing? Collections backlog killing cash flow? Leadership team unclear who owns what? We start there, not with theory.

Build the operating system. Clear accountability (who owns each process), cascading goals (your vision into 90-day priorities), weekly leadership rhythms that actually surface and solve problems.

Make you redundant. My job is to embed this into your team and get out. Typical engagement: 6-8 months. You should be able to take 6 weeks off and the business runs smoothly.

My background:

10+ years building and fixing operations systems. Before going fractional, I spent a decade in banking technology: building payment systems, managing distributed teams, solving problems where downtime costs millions.

I've worked with:

Professional services - Law firms scaling from $3M to $5M, hitting growth inflection points

Consultancies - $3M+ brands building scalability infrastructure (documented processes, role clarity, resource planning)

Marketing agencies - SEO and ads agencies with 10-25 team members, founders trapped in firefighting mode

What makes me different:

I work at the intersection of systems and people. Most operators are great at process docs but weak on getting buy-in. Most leadership coaches are great at vision but weak on execution. I do both.

I also handle revenue operations (how sales, marketing, and delivery work as one growth engine) alongside core operations. Most part-time COOs ignore this. I think it's where the biggest gaps are.

How I work:

Month-to-month retainer. Weekly meetings with your leadership team. I assess, prioritize, and execute - not just advise. You get deliverables: accountability charts, documented processes, leadership meeting cadences, scorecards with real numbers.

Goal: Make myself redundant. Transfer ownership to your team. Leave you with infrastructure that supports years of growth.
