•	Inaugural Chair (2019-Present) of Women Driving Arts Education Committee and 100 Women Driving Arts Education Council, introducing students to careers in arts.
•	Mentor (2018-2021) for Love What You Do scholarship and job shadowing program pairing Houston-area undergraduates with professional businesswomen for coaching and support.

•	Collaborated across geographies to build a robust, integrated communications and marketing platform with standardized collateral.

•	Spearheaded the redesign and development of marketing systems and communications, company positioning, corporate and property advertising campaigns, company logo, corporate marketing collateral, and website.
•	Cultivated strong media relationships within markets from local to national, securing placement of key messages that equipped market entry, development, and expansion.

Headed public relations for one of the largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts in the U.S., founded by renowned financiers Richard Rainwater and John Goff. 

•	Served as national spokesperson managing corporate reputation through strategic ownership of PR, media relations, brand identity/strategy, communications, and advertising. 
•	Built first in-house PR department, driving a full overhaul of brand and positioning. Member of crisis management team that crafted initial framework for crisis response.
•	Secured relationships and media placements that introduced the brand to major markets throughout the U.S., repositioning image from local to national. 
•	Rebranded employee relationships program in partnership with new CEO, leading ground-up development of engagement strategies, roadshows, and communications.
•	Invited to join the board of National Association of Real Estate Editors, comprised of real estate journalists across major U.S. cities. Traveled and built enduring media relationships during three-year term.

Led public relations, property marketing, and tenant/broker relations for Class A commercial office properties within a region covering Houston, Austin, Dallas, and New Orleans. Promoted from property-level role as Director, Marketing & Tenant Relations for Greenway Plaza (1997-1998).

•	Directed Houston implementation of FACES of Change®, a successful 501(c)(3) corporate philanthropic program partnering properties with local elementary schools to provide volunteerism and support.

It has been a privilege throughout my career to work with some of the most notable public and private corporations in commercial real estate. As a marketing & communications executive, I am experienced in driving brand innovation, global alignment, and business strategies that equip companies for expansion in global footprint and revenue.

During my 15 years with Hines, I served as a strategic partner trailblazing the brand’s evolution through more than $60 billion growth in assets under management. I enjoyed partnering across the business to assess goals and create pathways forward, integrating the marketing, communications, and business development functions to enable success while strengthening brand reputation and integrity.

It is also critical to recognize the positive impact of corporate philanthropy on a brand. I have worked within businesses to deploy charitable programs that connected brands with internal teams and external communities on a relational level. My insight in this area is shaped through extensive experience as a board and committee member for causes that support women & children, education, and the arts.
