Responsible for negotiating service agreements and conducting patient consultations to develop an innovative service line treating brain disorder.

•	Developed TMS service line from $0 to $150,000 by creating and implementing administrative/technician protocols, collaborating with and hosting community health care providers. Increased clinical intakes by 15%.
•	Implemented paperless charting by training physicians on adapted EHR system and tireless data entry during transition period. Reduced chart pulling by 90% and improved market research efforts.
•	Designed and directed marketing strategy by developing media content on clinical service lines via radio, online e.g. Google Ads, YouTube , and internal hold message advertisements
•	Oversaw contracted web developer during website re-launch online intake implementation. Improved new patient intake time by 30% and increased revenue by 20% by securing and implementing online payments service.
