Created and pioneered account upsell and retention strategies across enterprise health system accounts, resulting in 110% quota attainment equaling $3.2M in annual recurring revenue.
Led complex upsell deals and served as the internal “quarterback” amongst technical implementation, customer success, support, and product teams generating over $1 million in pipeline generation.
Leveraged business intelligence data (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify $2 million in additional billable revenue, developed capture strategy, and led initiative to scale project across the entire existing customer base.

Director, Program Development, Quality Measurement

A Washington DC-based global research, consulting and technology firm helping hospital and university executives to better serve patients and students through strategic guidance, actionable insights, web-based software solutions, and comprehensive implementation and management services.

As a dedicated consultant, I was the primary relationship manager for our performance
technology clients and played the lead role in managing project timelines and ensuring that clients generate significant value from their partnership with the Advisory Board. I assisted the client in defining the specific needs and goals of each of their organization,and worked to customize the performance technology platform used to transform hospital data into easy-to-use dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analyses.

Associate Director, Delivery and Consulting

As an Implementation Project Manager, I was responsible for executing against project milestones for a portfolio of clients, design/lead the implementation strategy, and partner with client staff (and potentially third-party vendors) to oversee the extraction of data from their existing technology infrastructure. I assisted our internal IT team in finding creative solutions to accommodate partial data sets, devise organizational roll out plans for client physician engagement, and report directly to client executives any potential barriers/roadblocks. Post implementation, I was responsible for analyzing client data to identify immediate improvement opportunities, and facilitate client calls and in person meetings.

Ann-Arbor, MI based company that provided web-based software solutions for health care providers.  Cielo’s flagship product, Cielo Clinic, assisted providers and care teams with the delivery of preventive, screening and disease management services for their entire patient population in a proactive and collaborative manner.  Through 2010, over 2,000,000 patient encounters were managed by Cielo Clinic in a variety of healthcare settings across the US.  Cielo MedSolutions experienced year-over-year growth of over 100% each year of its existence, including 400% license growth in 2008.  Cielo was nominated as a finalist for Emerging Technology Company of the Year by Automation Alley in 2008.


In February, 2011, Cielo was acquired by The Advisory Board Company. The acquisition was nominated for 2011 Deal of the Year by AnnArbor.com.

Roles: 
Implementation Project Manager:
Led the implementation of Cielo at various client sites. Studied and redesigned workflows for Ambulatory practices to improve efficiency, and deploy technology in a meaningful way.  Based on clinical staff needs and goals, configured client database to serve as a guiding post in point of care delivery decision making. 

Account Executive:
Delivered web-based solutions for ambulatory care healthcare providers that optimized care quality, improved practice efficiency and increased revenues. 100% annual revenue growth each year in existence.
