Created and pioneered account upsell and retention strategies across enterprise health system accounts, resulting in 110% quota attainment equaling $3.2M in annual recurring revenue.
Led complex upsell deals and served as the internal “quarterback” amongst technical implementation, customer success, support, and product teams generating over $1 million in pipeline generation.
Leveraged business intelligence data (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify $2 million in additional billable revenue, developed capture strategy, and led initiative to scale project across the entire existing customer base.

Selected initially to serve as Interim President and appointed full-time in November 2022. Oversaw 5 direct and 5 indirect reports. Responsible for associate, medical staff, and community relations.  

Achievements:  
♦ Joined with CNO and clinical leadership to focus on filling open positions and oversee reduction in contract and incentive pay, resulting in salary reduction of $2.0M with $1.4M being a reduction in premium pay. 
♦ Teamed with CNO to support staff in identifying process improvement opportunities leading to obtaining Acute Stroke Ready Certification, CMS 4-stars, and Leapfrog B rating. 
♦ Achieved 98% completion participation and 83% engagement index on quarterly Glint Surveys through use of Studer Stop-light reports, town-hall meetings, and executive rounding to provide continuous updates on critical process improvements. 
♦ Avoided shut-down of L&D Department due to unexpected departure of local OB/GYN by securing locums coverage for 4 days and the services of OB/GYN physician employed at local practice for 3 days.  
♦ Addressed high turnover and high reliance on contract labor in the Labor and Delivery department by recruiting 6 new nurses and arranging for accelerated L&D training through a sister facility’s large L&D department.  
♦ Collaborated with community stakeholders to gain support for a Rural Health Program in conjunction with Texas A&M Medical School to begin early recruitment of medical students to the community following residency to address the issue of increasing physician retirements.

♦ Established rounding with plant operations, EVS, and nutrition services to ensure facility readiness for The Joint Commission (TJC) survey.  
♦ Assembled and oversaw the team that achieved the Gold Seal of Advanced Spine Surgery, becoming the first facility in the State of Texas to achieve this certification.

Promoted to oversee the development of the spine program and the total joint program (2022) in addition to overseeing daily operations of the Rehab Department. Grew FTEs from 20 to 28 to include PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, support staff, and nurse navigators for spine and total joint programs.  

Achievements:  
■ Collaborated with facility leadership to recruit and retain orthopedic surgeons resulting in 18% spine surgical case growth from FY20-FY22 and total joint growth of 665 cases from FY20-FY22, a 578% increase. 
■ Motivated and mentored associates resulting in highly engaged associates achieving top-performing Tier 1 leader status. 
■ Chaired committee of managers and directors that planned quarterly professional development of Spohn leaders and served as liaison between the committee and ministry senior leadership.

         ● Completed ministry project focused on technological solutions to improve patient access and safety 
             that was selected as one of the Top 5 projects presented to corporate leadership.
