As CEO and co-founder of Be The Stage I was involved in all aspects of setting up the business. Initial Ideation, Core values definitions, goals, and strategy. I was also deeply involved in setting up the setup of the company from all aspects (legal, systems and processes, IT, IP, etc.).
In less than 2 years we grew from just the 2 co-founders to a team of 12, managing clients from different sectors and sizes, while keeping our services consistent at a very high quality.
The team was distributed all around the world, and yet felt like a family, because of the combination of our culture together with our management systems and processes.

Tourico Holidays merged with Hotelsbeds and GTA, through an acquisition by a private equity company. Creating and leading an e-commerce team through a multi-billion merger was challenging and rewarding. I was responsible for integrating teams from the US, Spain, and Israel, and turning them into a cohesive team, and done that successfully.
In addition, I was leading the integration and development of the company's e-commerce platform, generating more than $100M per year.
Following the merger of Tourico Holidays with HotelBeds and GTA, and following a long selection process, I was selected to lead the new e-commerce team. The team was responsible for the development, of an e-commerce solution, and its operation and growth. 
My responsibilities were to define the strategy and lead the teams - product development, developers, marketing, business development, etc.
The transition from working in a startup environment of Last Minute Travel (inside of Tourico Holidays) to leading a segment of a large corporation was fascinating. Having to keep people driven and engaged through a long term of uncertainty (due to the merger), in several places around the globe, was challenging and rewarding at the same time.

I was responsible for the B2C arm of the business. As part of that, we developed a "startup" within Tourico Holidays. I was in charge of the development of a new technology platform from the ground up, and all the services which came with it. We built an amazing leadership team, and grew our segment of the business to $100M in a few years.
The 3 enablers of this growth came from - great people, changing the strategy of the business from B2C to B2B2C (white labels) and developing the best technology in our industry.
In support of that we developed cutting-edge tracking and reporting capabilities allowing us to make data-driven decisions on every aspect of the business.
We built a strong leadership team and together we were able to be successful in so many different business aspects, such as E-Commerce, Tech infrastructure, Web and Mobile, integration with clients and customers, business development, marketing, call center management, content design, deal generation, and lead generation, membership development, and probably a few more.
