I'm Amar, CEO at My Money Matters, where our goal is simple: helping employees to make the most of their money with financial education, tools, coaching and easy to use digital services.

Early on, I was more entrepreneur than economist, with ventures ranging from selling stick insects as a child to diving deep into the world of startups.

This path led me to a revelation: financial education is the key to unlocking personal and professional freedom.

As Director of Brand Experience, my purpose is to increase awareness of the rec hub through story telling, ultimately generating a content rich environment around our disruptive challenger brand. 

New business revenue is my ultimate goal, and great content can fuel that growth. We leverage our brand and content to build trust and value in our markets.

Strategic planning, budgeting and execution of multi-channel leisure, destination and placemaking initiatives. 
Specialising in footfall generating campaigns with a focus on driving awareness, consideration and frequency. 
Leveraging PR and blogger/influencer relationships and activities to create advocacy and brand equity.
Management of social and digital strategy and activation plans – including social listening and media monitoring.
Responsible for entire 360 marketing campaign calendar including conception, briefing and execution through in house and agency. Activated through events, social, digital, media buying (digital IAB & Broadcast – TV, Adsmart, NVOD and Radio) and PR.
Solely responsible for multi-million-pound budget and associated forecasting, board reporting and ROI measures. 
Brand management and guardianship – responsible for campaign creative direction.
Commercial retail/property responsibility – work with Asset/property teams on new tenant data and proposal collaterals. New tenant onboarding process from hoarding design through to customer launch.
Owner of insight and research programme – utilising data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
