As Marketing Director I am responsible for spearheading all internal marketing efforts. Duties include email marketing, social media marketing, and direct mail marketing to not only build brand awareness but to increase our customer base and relations. Responsibilities also include running six figure, multi-level digital advertising campaigns within the Google AdWords, Bing & Yahoo networks. 

Responsible for creating training programs and training all employees using HubSpot as a CRM, Sales and Marketing tool. Also responsible for managing staff in the creative writing, web development and marketing departments.

As the publication’s editorial leader, I have the final responsibility for all operations and policies as they pertain to the printed and digital versions of the magazine. Typical responsibilities include cross-checking facts, spelling, grammar, writing style, page design and photos. I also assume responsibility for the graphic design and creative direction of the physical and digital copies of the magazine, promotional materials, marketing initiatives and inter-office documents.

As a leader I also motivate and develop a team of 12+ interns and staff members on a daily basis. 
Responsibilities also include; selling of advertising space, understanding and maintaining the brands message, nurturing and enriching the external perceptions of the company and developing effective marketing and promotional campaigns on a global scale.
