I'm Amar, CEO at My Money Matters, where our goal is simple: helping employees to make the most of their money with financial education, tools, coaching and easy to use digital services.

Early on, I was more entrepreneur than economist, with ventures ranging from selling stick insects as a child to diving deep into the world of startups.

This path led me to a revelation: financial education is the key to unlocking personal and professional freedom.

I’m a seasoned Organisational Development and Learning professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful learning solutions that drive both individual growth and business performance. With extensive experience across sectors and organisations of all sizes—from startups to enterprises with 10,000+ employees I bring deep insight and practical know-how to every engagement.
I have led the design and implementation of Leadership & Management interventions across multi-site operations, both in the UK and internationally. My client portfolio includes respected names such as the NHS, Vivup, AVC Wise, Dixons, Currys, American Golf, Alpargatas, No5 Barristers Chambers, and many more.
I’m commercially focused, with a proven ability to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives. I work at both strategic and operational levels, building strong relationships and ensuring high standards through clear communication and a collaborative approach.
As an accredited performance coach, I specialise in unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organisations. My pragmatic, flexible style is grounded in real-world experience, and I'm driven by a desire to create measurable results and lasting impact for my clients.
Passionate about experiential learning, I’m a highly skilled facilitator with a particular interest in leadership development, sales, and mindfulness—areas I believe are essential for sustainable personal and professional growth.
Outside work, I enjoy time with my wife Dawn, my son, two daughters. I'm also an avid motorbike enthusiast, a football fan, and a keen hiker.
