As LandVault's VP of Engineering, I lead the creation of innovative Web3 solutions leveraging generative AI and blockchain technologies. My strategic input has been pivotal in securing $20 million in funding and the successful launch of Web3 platforms, publications, streaming services, and AI products. I champion a culture of innovation, overseeing technical design and refining our development processes, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and data governance. Additionally, I drive the development of the 3D internet, shaping the future of spatial computing and immersive online experiences within the framework of a decentralized, secure web.

VP of Engineering

Leading an organization comprised of technology leaders and engineers from prototyping
to development. Defining and delivering the team’s technical roadmap, fostering
innovation, and allowing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on the company mission to
become part of Metaverse. Helping to architect and design scalable solutions, systems,
APIs, and business processes to support LandVault’s rapid growth. Conducting and
participating in technical design reviews. Contributing to the overall maturity of

Managed a €2M budget; supervised research and development, developing overall strategy and making executive decisions regarding technological requirements for the organization. Performed impact assessments and opportunity mapping; developed Proof of Concept and business cases. Performed investment pitches.
●	Played a key role in the development of Liquid Licensing, a technology that allows true digital ownership and full control over the right to resell or loan digital items on the blockchain.

Developed RPC prototype of a software development kit for desktop, mobile, and web clients using Unreal Engine. Prototyped Ethereum smart contracts. Developed a high-performing team by fostering a team-oriented environment with a culture of open communication by setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and assigning deadlines. Developed a push notification solution providing financial institutions with a secure channel and easy method to notify customers about pending transactions on mobile devices, and implemented the technology after gaining approval. Followed OWASP guidelines, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002. Certified Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2 cryptographic libraries for encryption of user data. Worked in c++, java, c#, objective c, and swift. 
●	Developed next-generation software improving security for mobile and desktop technology, including Secure Mobile SDK for provisioning and transaction signing.
●	Decreased transaction processing by 50% by providing application architecture changes.
●	Created software that enhanced compliance with government regulations and industry mandates related to authentication, audits, and policy enforcement.

Defined technology architecture and framework for BI delivery, including multi-platform systems integration, business-to-business integration, data modeling, and ETL design. Developed software for television production management and scheduling. Worked in c#, java, objective pascal, and abap.
●	Designed and developed a system allowing search and listen of digital content used in post-production.

Optimized game engine core modules and scripts. Created a virtual world from scratch, blending animation and sound and controlling characters through artificial intelligence. Built tools for game development team. Worked in c++ and python.

Managed a group of specialists resolving customers’ technical issues. Increased productivity by building new tools and defining processes. Worked in php, c++, and javascript.
