I'm Amar, CEO at My Money Matters, where our goal is simple: helping employees to make the most of their money with financial education, tools, coaching and easy to use digital services.

Early on, I was more entrepreneur than economist, with ventures ranging from selling stick insects as a child to diving deep into the world of startups.

This path led me to a revelation: financial education is the key to unlocking personal and professional freedom.

At Metadesignerz, we are building one of the world’s first WEB3 Facilitators; bridging the gap between Creators, Enablers and most importantly the Community. 

As founder and CEO I am in charge of a vast array of duties including but not limited to:

- Conducting talks with global experts to get their views on the platform and how it can be developed to further serve the world.
- Reaching out to and onboarding Service Providers from all over the globe.
- Providing assistance to the members of the community and carefully guiding them across their endeavors.
- Managing the Dev team in charge of putting the platform together.
- Putting together, Business Models, Marketing Plans, go-to-Market strategies and other strategic planning based tasks.
- Designed, Developed and Deployed a space for 'The School of the Future' on Spatial.io Metaverse.

This experience has proven to me that entrepreneurship is one of the biggest Self-Development Journeys to ever exist as it pushes you to learn a diverse set of skills in a fast paced environment, thus refining the way you think, act and plan.

Advisory Board Member - Curriculum Committee

At my position as Youth Advisory Board Member with UNDP, I am one of the 28 young Lebanese change-makers in charge of planning and executing a full development plan for the Youth of Lebanon alongside UNDP and it's local and global stakeholders. 

During my one year tenure with UNDP and alongside my fellow advisory board members I have:

- Helped plan this year's Youth Leadership Program.
- Helped with the onboarding strategy that led to onboarding 390 youth change makers for this years cohort.
- Helped with Organizing the tracks for the program as well as identify strategic partners and stakeholders.
- Gave a lecture at LAU Byblos Campus on Web3 and Tech transformation with a focus on opportunities for youth.
- Am actively following up with this years cohort who have questions on how to build their ventures and create value leveraging the power of Tech Transformation. 
- Currently Executing programs that will create value and impact for the youth of Lebanon. 
- Advocating for the SDGs and their execution in the region.

This experience cements my vision in the ability of the Youth to create change no matter where they come from and what their background is. It has allowed me to delve deep into my passion for value creation, working hand in hand with the fellow advisors and the members of the YLP community to shape a better future for a better Lebanon.

MetaGate Summit by EUMENA Events is a 3 Day Hybrid Summit set to take place in the vibrant city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 
Bringing together Business Leaders, Industry Experts and Government officials in one place to talk about something very few events truly focus on: How to create true value through the Metaverse and Immersive Technologies in terms of Real World Applications and Strategies. 

Some of the main aspects I am currently tackling are:

- Helping onboard local and global stakeholders and sponsors.
- Creating Innovation plans such as Integrations and Activations for our stakeholders and Audience to witness and participate in during the event.
- Identifying and targeting Key speakers for #metatalks initiative by MetaGate aimed at educating our community on topics in Web3 and Metaverse with a focus on Real-Life use-cases and applications. 
- Hosting these #metatalks both at the Level of preparation as well as presentation.

As a Metaverse Evangelist with Polybius, I am part of a panel with 30+ experts from all over the world portraying the future of the Metaverse to people globally through initiatives like:

- The HospitalityNet world panel where we share a viewpoint on the impacts of this industry on Hospitality.  
- The Metaverse Glossary which is a handbook created by all panelists defining the terms and buzzwords of the Metaverse. 
- Polybius uncovering the Metaverse in Hospitality Monthly Panel in which 4 speakers volunteer to discuss a certain Metaverse/Web3 related topic. 

Having been part of this initiative for the past 5 months, it has given me the ability to discuss my visions openly with other experts globally as well putting me in a position where I can be of value to the Web3 community worldwide.

Being in charge of Relations, I was also in charge of overseeing the social media department wherein during my tenure, we were able to achieve 72,900 organic impressions on LinkedIn in less than a month.

During my time as an Architectural Consultant with Mission235, I was charged with the Design review of some of the upcoming Retail and Commercial Buildings in the booming city of New Cairo, having reviewed buildings with areas ranging from 15,000sqm all the way up to 50,000sqm and worked closely with the Retail experts on the tenant mix, circulation and workflow, I am now in sync with all of the new trends in the world of retail and commercial architecture from design, circulation and execution, up to every little detail needed  for the facility to run in a safe, sustainable and profitable manner.

After the massive catastrophe that occurred on August 4 which left 200 victims dead and above 300 buildings damaged, the Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut came up with an initiative under the name of “Beirut Urban Declaration”, this was a chance for all the people of Lebanon to unite under on cause, the chance to be part of the rebirth of our fallen capital and a chance to be of aid to those who need it the most. The Beirut Urban declaration gave students a chance to be both of aid to their society as well as be part of the teams working on Data collection and being part of their own project.

Salman Halawi is an Entrepreneur, Futurist and International Digital Keynote Speaker who has been featured in several publications, studies and articles on Digital Transformation and the Metaverse, most notably featured in the 2023 CIFS Metaverse Delphi Study amongst 66 Global Experts. 

He is the Founder & CEO of Metadesignerz, Head of Strategy and Innovation at MetaGate Summit, Metaverse Evangelist with Polybius: Uncovering the Metaverse in Hospitality and a Youth Advisory Board Member for UNDP Lebanon on YLP10. 

Leading on Innovation and all things Digital at MetaGate Summit 2024, and alongside the teams at Etisal and EuMena Events, he aims to be part of the making of one of the most transformational events in the region focused on the Future of Metaverse and Immersive Technologies for businesses and Individuals alike. 

In the past 4 years He has:
- Built 2 successful ventures: One in Web3 and the other in the FnB Sector.
- Won first prize with Metadesignerz at Global Entrepreneurship Week Pitchathon.
- Helped Create a total of 10 brands.
- Designed a total of 100+ Architectural Spaces: of which 15 were in Cote D'Ivoire, 1 in Qatar, 8 in Lebanon and 4 on the Metaverse.
- Given a lecture on Web3, Ai, Metaverse and Blockchain to 350+ Youth during YLP 9 at the Lebanese American University. 
- Spoken at 30+ web3 events either as a Panelist and Keynote Speaker.
- Been Host and Moderator on 10+ #metatalks Podcast Episodes. 
- Been published 7 times with HospitalityNet on the Global Metaverse Panel.
- Been part of the Organizing team of BITS Conference by InnovatorsGate, held in April 2022, titled “Orchestrating Technologies in Business”, which hosted: 57 Keynote Speakers with 720 Attendees from 70 Countries, covering 15 Tech Spaces, and 27 Industries.
- Ran an Organic marketing campaign for InnovatorsGate achieving 72,900 impressions in less than a month.
