Hi, I’m Amarinder.

I help organizations move beyond AI hype and into execution—by building AI-native systems that deliver real business value.

As Chief Product Officer at Axonal AI, I lead the design of LLM-powered products and agent workflows that are transforming life sciences marketing. My focus is on integrating foundational models into enterprise environments—not as a feature, but as a shift in how work gets done and how jobs-to-be-done are reimagined.

I’m also the founder of Innowaring Labs, a consultancy that helps enterprise tech organizations and startups evolve their operating models for innovation—by aligning strategy, product, and systems thinking.

Earlier in my career, I helped build and scale ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte into a $250M+ ARR software products and services business. That journey—from IT delivery to product-centric teams—taught me what it really takes to lead innovation inside a large enterprise environment.

I captured many of those lessons in my book, Becoming a Software Company—a guide for enterprise leaders navigating the shift to product thinking.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of AI, health tech, systems innovation, and digital transformation. I thrive when working with teams serious about building software systems that transform how industry-focused workflows.

I am a executive and board member with a passion for using data, digital and science to co-create insights and experiences that make a difference for patients.

As Vice President, Life Sciences for ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte, I helped global life science organizations optimize evidence planning, generation, and management throughout the product life cycle. This includes leveraging my extensive international experience to develop strategies, tactics, and technologies for gaining optimal insights across proprietary research data, public data and Real World Data that help companies embrace Precision Medicine and Value-based Reimbursement. I came to Deloitte as a part of their acquisition of Recombinant Data Corporation where I served as Managing Director of Life Sciences. Recombinant was focused on optimizing the secondary use of health care data to demonstrate value through better patient outcomes and affordable health economics.

I have served on the Board of Directors of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, University of North Carolina Board of Visitors, North Carolina Public Health Foundation where I am in an Emeritus role. I currently am on the CDISC Board of Directors where I have served in multiple leadership roles since 2000.

This included leveraging my extensive global experience in the healthcare ecosystem to develop strategies, tactics, and technologies for gaining optimal insights across proprietary research data, public data and Real World Data that help companies embrace Precision Medicine and Value-based Reimbursement.

I have served as a strategic advisor to healthcare executive teams, physician organizations and boards of trustees on continuous quality improvement including the dual role of Vice President of Continuous Improvement and CIO of a health system.
