Leveraging my programming expertise, I developed “Passbeemedia”, a multi-tier application with a creator portal developed in Node.js and backend designed in WCF .net services, allowing merchants to create and distribute passes for apple passbook.

In addition, I led WhatsApp Marketing Automation Project for my client and designed a system where bulk messages were sent out to 500k+ receivers per day, leading to increased brand awareness and recognition.

At Videocon Telecommunications, I worked closely with various process owners in the organization which included HR, revenue assurance, and on-site tech workforce to ensure software quality and project fulfillment. Development tools included C#, SQL Server, Oracle, Asp.net.

I detected, evaluated, and recorded problems with program function, output, online screen, or content and took corrective actions to achieve 100% client satisfaction index. I also created and maintained databases of known test defects and bugs.

RedAlkemi

As a Software Developer at RedAlkemi, I built “DataHouse”, a web based eCommerce portal enabling registered users to find phone numbers and addresses for business purposes. I established the portal’s admin panel for viewing orders and a CMS system to manage front-end content.

I also coordinated the design and delivery of “Tractor Trader”, an online marketplace to advertise old and new agricultural machinery with multiple features of each category and a fully-loaded admin section with email control options.

I needed an AMC query for our client and Ad Agent just wrote it in seconds.

It would've taken me reading the documentations and trial-error.

Here's what I needed for our client:
→ "Write an AMC SQL query that compares the purchase rate of customers exposed vs. unexposed to an awareness video ad order, in order to measure its impact on purchasing behavior."

First try and it worked.

So Amazon is making AMC more accessible.
But is it really accessible?

AMC is still for power users.

If you're struggling with basic Sponsored Products optimization, AMC isn't your next step.

You don't need advanced attribution modeling when you don’t have a proper bid or keyword management.

The hierarchy:
→ Master Sponsored Products fundamentals
→ Expand to Sponsored Brands
→ Try some basic audiences on AMC for SP
→ Start with DSP
→ Utilize AMC fully

What this proves:
→ AI agents are incredibly powerful for people who already know what they're doing.
→ They speed up execution. They eliminate technical barriers.
→ But they don't replace strategic thinking. YET 🤔

I am back from an Amazon Ads Partner Days last week.

Let me tell you this; the e-commerce game is being rewritten with AI.

Here's what's coming (and what you need to do now):
→ McKinsey projects $3-$5 trillion of global consumer commerce coming from Agentic Commerce by 2030
→ Rufus "Buy for me" grew from 65 products to 2.5M in 6 months. US only. EU launches 2026.
→ Agents will BE the customers.

What Changes:
→ Agents see APIs, not UI (transparent price comparisons)
→ Paid ads decline (agents bypass SEO and ranking)
→ Brand loyalty shifts (function over brand)

What Doesn't Change:
→ Pricing still matters
→ Product quality is important
→ Fast delivery still wins

Amazon's Tech Priorities:
→ MCP Server - This is THE focus for 2026 Handles campaign creation, keyword management, reporting, account management.
→ Rufus Ads - Live now but not seeing enough traction yet.

What This Means for Sellers:
→ Have talent that focuses on AI
→ Be open for the AI changes - the changes might be too big
→ Optimize PDPs for conversational queries (suggested by Amazon)

My Take:
→ This isn't about better ads. It's about APIs, agents, and automation.
→ Agentic commerce isn't changing the game. It's rewriting it entirely.

However it is still VERY EARLY days of the change.

So I was thinking the communication differences between us.

Then I read "No Rules Rules" about Netflix's global expansion.

Reed Hastings shares something fascinating.

Netflix tried to roll out their "radical candor" culture globally. It flopped.

→ In Japan, direct feedback felt disrespectful
→ In Singapore, challenging your boss publicly was unthinkable
→ In Brazil, the formality level was completely off

The insight hit me hard:
Netflix's American culture wasn't better or worse. It just didn't account for how different cultures actually communicate.

So I am currently mapping my own for our company and still work in progress. I would like your insights if you've already mapped yours.

What communication pattern have you noticed in your international team?

I found $199 in ad sales that we didn't pay for.

Buried in a report called Sponsored Products Prompts.

What is Sponsored Products Prompts:
Amazon has been injecting ads into Rufus conversations a few months now.

A shopper opens Rufus and types:
→ "What is the best shampoo for thinning hair?"
→ Rufus finds relevant products of yours and surfaces your ad as the conversational answer.

You don't prepare the prompts yourself.
Amazon generates these prompts by:
→ Your listing content
→ Your active campaigns
→ Your reviews
And you are already auto-enrolled when it was launched.

I downloaded the data and found out that:
→ 28 prompts generated
→ 6 purchased
→ And this didn’t cost anything, for now

My takeaway:
This is a preview of how Amazon ads will shift in 2026.
→ AI decides what to show.
→ AI writes the prompts.
→ AI matches intent to products.
