Visits to client locations to fully understand cultural needs, job requirements and job expectations. In recruiting for these positions I fully sourced and vetted associates ensuring they were matched with positions that fit their needs as well as the needs of the company. I excelled at communication with partners on both sides and handling any changes and human resource related discussions.
