Ran a full-cycle desk for the industrial vertical including gaining new clients through sales calls and outreach. Maintaining client relationships to ensure continuous job requisitions. Visits to client locations to fully understand cultural needs, job requirements and job expectations. In recruiting for these positions I fully sourced and vetted associates ensuring they were matched with positions that fit their needs as well as the needs of the company. I excelled at communication with partners on both sides and handling any changes and human resource related discussions.                                                                                                                                        
•	Through correct client/associate matches I grew the Industrial desk profitability from $4,000 to $20,000 a week
•	Through relationship building I had over 50 associates converted from temporary to permanent employees

Screened and interviewed potential candidates, coordinated background checks, drug screenings, employment verification and related backend administration. Gained experience in all applicable employment laws, federal, state and local regulations, negotiating salary, and interviewing techniques. 
•	Created a Pilot Program to explore and implement creative ways to enhance staffing in Colorado.
•	Presented rationale for increasing starting wages from $12.25 to $14.00 an hour, improved staffing from 57% to 86%
