I’m Vishakha.

And at the beginning of 2026, I had a tiny identity crisis.

Because my head was holding too many things at once, and I could feel myself trying to make sense of it in real time, like I needed to “land” on one clean sentence that explains me perfectly.

And when you’re thinking like that, you start trying to say everything at once, because you don’t want to be misunderstood, you don’t want people to reduce you to one label, and you also don’t want to leave out the parts that matter to you.

Also, sometimes in that phase, even while doing so much, you still feel like you’re not doing enough, so you overcompensate with words, you add context, you try to make the intro sound more complete, more impressive, and more acceptable.

That’s when I realised something simple that instantly made things feel lighter.

You only share the part of your identity that is relevant to the person you’re speaking to.

That’s it.

Yesterday, I read a few founder posts back to back, and they were genuinely good, but a few minutes later, I couldn’t remember who wrote what.

Have you ever liked a post, but it didn’t make you feel anything about the writer, like their thinking, their experience, their point of view?

- That’s what I think is happening to a lot of founders right now. 

- They’re not losing leads because they “can’t write.” 

- They’re losing leads because their content could have been written by anyone in their niche, so it doesn’t build trust in them specifically.

And the frustrating part is this kind of content doesn’t look wrong. It just disappears into the feed. So you end up fixing the visible stuff, like the hook, the formatting, the posting rhythm, hoping something will finally change.

But the real issue is not the writing. It’s what you’re holding back.

A lot of posts share information, but hide the thinking. And people don’t trust information by itself anymore, because everyone has access to it. 

What people trust is your point of view, the patterns you’ve noticed, and the lessons you learned because you were close enough to the problem.

You can almost hear the reader’s thoughts while they scroll: “This makes sense… but why should I trust this person? Have they actually seen this play out?”

If you want your content to feel less replaceable, you don’t need to overshare your life. You just need to add context that only you can add, like:

✅ what you keep seeing again and again
✅ what you used to believe, and what changed your mind
✅ what you no longer do, because you learned the cost of it

If you want a simple way to apply this, write the post you were already going to write this week, and add one paragraph answering: what did you notice that made you say this?

Tell me honestly, does your content feel like you right now, or does it feel like someone could swap your name with another founder and it would still work the same?

Every time someone tells me “LinkedIn takes too much time,” I can already guess what their process looks like, and it’s usually chaos wearing a Notion template.

Because I’ve seen this pattern way too many times:

>> You sit down to “do content.”
>> You open 14 tabs.
>> You save 22 posts.
>> You rewrite your headline for the 6th time.
>> You tell yourself you’ll post once it feels “clear.”

And two hours later, you’ve built a system to avoid writing.

Let me be precise about what I mean by “120 minutes.”
When I say “120 minutes”, I mean two different things:

1️⃣ For my clients: it’s 120 minutes with me.

- They show up, we talk, I pull the sharpest thoughts out of their head, I turn it into content, and then they only step back in to approve + give feedback. That’s their job. Not “become a creator.”

2️⃣ For you (if you’re DIY-ing it): you can still borrow the same structure and do it in one focused block, without making LinkedIn your second job.

- So if you’re doing this solo, here’s a 120-minute monthly workflow that actually works, because it forces order when your brain wants chaos.

✅ 20 minutes: Audit

1. What did you say last month that people actually replied to?
2. What are 2 problems your audience is still stuck in?
3. What’s 1 opinion you’re willing to stand by (even if it’s not popular)?

✅ 70 minutes: Create
Write 4 posts from the same base material:

1 story → 1 lesson
1 mistake people keep making
1 “here’s how I’d do it today”
1 simple framework (3–5 bullets, not a thesis)

✅ 30 minutes: Elevate

1. Comment on 10 posts from people your audience already trusts
2. Save 3 conversations you can turn into posts next month
3. DM 2 warm connections with something real (not a pitch)

That’s it.

The people who grow on LinkedIn aren’t doing more.
They’re doing it in the right order, with less drama.

Pick one direction, one role, and one niche. 
And add the outcome you create.

2️⃣ Write your About like a landing page.
Who you are, what you do, proof, and what you’re looking for next.

3️⃣ Move proof to the top.
Featured section should not be empty. Put your best work there.

4️⃣ Fix your Experience bullets.
Recruiters don’t care about “responsible for.” They care about “did this → got this result.”

The goal isn’t to sound impressive.

The goal is to be instantly understood and easily found.
