For the last 2 years, I’ve been working in a fast-paced content agency.

And I still don’t clearly know what my role is.

I joined as a YouTube Channel Manager intern.

5. Volume builds strategic intuition

After managing hundreds of posts, you stop guessing.
You start noticing patterns:

Now, I don’t see content as “posting.”

I see it as a system that needs to be scalable.

And this shift changed how I work completely.

From: “What should we post today?”

To: “What system will make content sustainable long-term?”

I’ve always chased and pressured myself.

But this time, I don’t want to care about results or what people think about me.
I just want to be myself.

So for the next 30 days, I’m going to cringe on LinkedIn.

Not for the algorithm. Not for validation.

Just for me.
