I spent 20+ years in startup and corporate roles – learning behaviours and mindsets to lead myself and my teams effectively. I discovered leading can be both fun and results-driven.

I experimented with my career and my life: 
- I took many roles - engg. manager, strategist, ops guy, and then partnerships and sales 
- I worked and lived in different parts of the world - Middle East, USA, South East Asia.

I made life pivots. I dealt with the fear of bringing my income down to zero (twice!) before rebuilding it to higher levels.

I started leading in 2004 (at Wipro), and realised that inspiring and motivating others requires self-awareness and continuous personal development.

At BCG, I learned the foundations of business and leadership.

At HP, PayPal and Visa, I managed, influenced, and motivated without reporting line authority. I survived and thrived in matrixed organisations. I learned how to align, inspire, and clarify. 

At R3, I dug deep to explore myself. I discovered how to support leaders who were topic experts and more experienced than me. I learned how to tap into their intrinsic motivation to enable results we cared for.

These experiences led me to be a coach. I decided to spend the second half of my life actively serving others. I am on constantly learning, feeling challenged, and serving. I share my learnings on LinkedIn regularly.

As a key member of the customer domain leadership team, I played an catalyst role in delivering a consistent & innovative culinary experience to our customers. My role was to integrate with global food strategy, develop and execute a comprehensive regional Culinary Standards strategy aligned HF's objectives of delivering a consistent culinary experience. This included a close collaboration work with strategic suppliers, regional operations, marketing, food safety, and quality assurance stakeholders. Also, the project led to E2E's execution of the launch of Hello fresh marketplace offering RTE & RTH meals.
Key Highlights:
1)Pioneered the launch of a major concept featuring 100+ recipes, leading to a 25% increase in AOR & AOV and a 20% reduction in CAC, driving improved profitability and customer satisfaction.

My efforts cultivated a robust food safety culture among vendors and restaurant operations teams, resulting in impeccable compliance with audits and local regulations.  

In the realm of Food Research & Development and QA, I strategically outlined a roadmap for menu management and new product development, fostering exponential business growth. Orchestrating the creation of over 100 new products and ingredients across 13 markets, I steadfastly upheld the highest food safety standards.

I spearheaded the successful entry of Taco Bell into six new countries including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. I was heading a team of 45 associates with 4 managers & 3 supervisors and was responsible for menu development & changes, hiring, customer interaction, cost control, vendor management.

I joined the luxurious and flagship hotel as a Chef De Partie & was assigned to run Machan which was one of the most famous and talked about coffee shop in Delhi. 

I contributed for its success by continuous innovations of new dishes and delivering highest quality standards. Re-designed the Sunday Brunch which then became a bench mark to follow by all other hotels in Delhi.

I was then promoted as Sous Chef & was given most valued opportunity to open 1st of its kind restaurant in India called Varq, which was the brain child of Grand Executive Chef Hemant Oberio who wanted to present India flavors in ultra- modern manner. Varq, again created a bench mark in the category of Modern Indian food in the country. It received many praises and achievement from the guests and food critics and biggest of them was the award for “BEST MODERN INDIAN RESTAURANT” by Vir Sanghvi and it was also featured in 80 best plates in the world by Conde Naste
