I spent 20+ years in startup and corporate roles – learning behaviours and mindsets to lead myself and my teams effectively. I discovered leading can be both fun and results-driven.

I experimented with my career and my life: 
- I took many roles - engg. manager, strategist, ops guy, and then partnerships and sales 
- I worked and lived in different parts of the world - Middle East, USA, South East Asia.

I made life pivots. I dealt with the fear of bringing my income down to zero (twice!) before rebuilding it to higher levels.

I started leading in 2004 (at Wipro), and realised that inspiring and motivating others requires self-awareness and continuous personal development.

At BCG, I learned the foundations of business and leadership.

At HP, PayPal and Visa, I managed, influenced, and motivated without reporting line authority. I survived and thrived in matrixed organisations. I learned how to align, inspire, and clarify. 

At R3, I dug deep to explore myself. I discovered how to support leaders who were topic experts and more experienced than me. I learned how to tap into their intrinsic motivation to enable results we cared for.

These experiences led me to be a coach. I decided to spend the second half of my life actively serving others. I am on constantly learning, feeling challenged, and serving. I share my learnings on LinkedIn regularly.

In support of growth, transformation, and market leadership, I am responsible for defining vision, strategy and roadmap and operational execution for a high performing and large product organization supporting Fidelity's Workplace Investing Business Unit, the US’s number one provider of 401(k) retirement plans with 32% market share and $3.1tr in assets. Prior to my current role, I have both created a high-performing product organization from ground up and led a scaled product organization, while leading product mindset and agile transformation, designing and implementing agile organizational structure, routines, and processes, transforming talent acquisition, growth and development, and driving cross-functional change management. 

I provide strategic product leadership and hold end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management responsibility including incubation, 0-to-1 products, scale-up products, matured products and general management. During this time, we have created and launched leading customer facing products such as emergency savings and external API marketplace, led digital transformation through the launch and scale of digitally guided onboarding and re-designed money movement experience, built data and record-keeping platforms, and developed AI/ML/NLP capabilities to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and market differentiation. My leadership has been recognized at an industry level as a Global CPO 20 in both 2022 & 2023 and internally through selection and completion of Fidelity's Senior Leadership Experience program.

SVP, Product Area Leader

Promoted to mature and optimize the organization, with a specific mandate to establish the strategy, product, and analytics function for customer relationship management and servicing to increase customer success, sales, and retention. I established and matured the functions, directing strategic reviews, multi-year planning, product development and service initiatives. In addition to managing a global team, I led a cross-functional team of 50-60 to define and implement strategy, product/service offering, technology and client engagement for investment interactions with ~22,000 employers and ~5,000 advisors. During this time, I led the team to significantly improve client retention and satisfaction, cross-selling of additional products and headed a number of analytics and data science projects using AI/ML.

Advisory role, I served as a leader in a 100-person internal strategy consulting group, appointed to lead strategy teams and solve critical business issues in partnership with senior leadership. Of note, I led a cross-company effort to define product, distribution and operations strategy to launch Fidelity’s ETFs and expand partnership with BlackRock, which enabled growth from 1 ETF & $200m AUM to 52 ETFs & $32bn AUM. I also strengthened recruiting of MBA and post-MBA associates, adding three new top-ten business schools into the hiring pipeline and 20-30 MBA and post-MBA associates, while also leading internal training and onboarding.
