Mental health challenges are a growing concern in which we must be proactive instead of reactive, despite strong efforts in the international community, there is still a negative stigma attached to Mental Health. 

Just Another Moment is a business that takes on an "ACE" approach to mental health. Combining adventure, community and education to combat everyday mental health challenges. 

Our mission is to create a community that encourages and promotes healthy conversations around mental health and ultimately save lives and help people overcome daily challenges. 

Built on three core foundations DREAM | SHARE | INSPIRE 
We take people with dreams, share their story and use that story to inspire others to dream too!

Our two long term goals are: 
1: Help people access mental health support for FREE
2: Help one person each year achieve a dream - ran on a nominations system

We are always looking for partnerships to help achieve our mission and goals. 

Our current product offerings include:

2: One on One Transformation Coaching 
3: Mental Health Workshops
4: Wellness, Adventure and Youth retreats.

We also host free or very low cost meetups for people to connect in a more casual setting.

I am the founder of Just Another Moment a mental health business that combines adventure, community and education to combat everyday mental health challenges. 

Our mission is to create a community that encourages and promotes healthy conversations around mental health and ultimately save lives.  

25% of adults in the UK experience some form of mental health problem each year. 

In 2022, 5,642 people in England and Wales lost their lives to suicide a rate of 10.7 people per 100,000 population (office for national statistics) this is a consistent trend. 74.1% were male.
In 2022, 3249 people lost their lives to suicide in Australia. A rate of 12.3 people per 100,000 population. 
Men were around 75% of all suicides. 

We are here to help play a part in reducing these numbers, give people life and hope!
