I often say that #failure, especially an intelligent one, can be a gift. And that's because failures can reveal crucial aspects of ourselves; namely, what we need to work on and insights about what we're truly passionate about. 

Failing a multivariable calculus exam in college was caused by my inadequate studying. But it forced me to ask myself hard questions about the work that I truly loved—and that which I was likely doing to please or impress others. 

That was a gift, even if it didn’t feel like one at the time.

Next time you experience failure, ask yourself: What does this teach me about myself? You might be surprised what you learn!

The results, in addition to an immediate increase in morale, include: promotions for key employees, the creation of a new role dedicated to talent development, a clearly delineated succession plan and other internal perks and benefits. 

3. Modernized training procedure from an antiquated powerpoint delivery to an interactive discussion based format designed to foster participation from each attendee that is consistently rated as excellent. Currently rolling out launch of first ever e-learning platform that will extend the life of the initial in person training done with new hires and make on-going training of employees more effective.

4. Spearheaded content creation and development of all original content (written and video)
